Basic Double Dove Cote

These hexagonal cotes are ideal for up to four pair of doves. Each level has a large single space and two entrances that ensure two pair can nest quite happily in this model.
Handmade using 139 individual pieces of timber and ply.

Base Width - 790mm
Cote Width - 590mm
Overall Height - 950mm

Cost - $220.00

All our cotes come complete with mounting brackets and hardware.

Eaved Double Dove Cote

These cotes are similar to the Basic Single Dove Cote but has an "eaved roof", giving them a more traditional appearance.
These hexagonal cotes are ideal for up to four pair of doves. Each level has a large single space and two entrances that ensure two pair can nest quite happily in this model.
Handmade using 154 individual pieces of timber and ply.

Base Width - 790mm
Cote Width - 590mm
Overall Height - 1040mm

Cost - $230.00

All our cotes come complete with mounting brackets and hardware.

Hi Keith, Dove Cote has arrived safe and sound and is currently being painted.
The man of the house, who is very good at working with wood and makes furniture etc (he could have made the dove house but I would be in the rest home before he got it made for me) initially had a hissy fit about more work for him to do etc etc (you know what men can be like). Once he had calmed down he was actually very impressed by the workmanship that had gone into making the dove cote and he is a very particular man himself so that is high praise in deed. So I thought I would just let you know his thoughts, well done and thank you very much it all went without a hitch.

Hey Keith, I asked for a dove cote and bugger me if the Taj Mahal turns up! Mate it's awesome painted it all up and what more can I say. The doves are cooing so that's the word from them and from us Tumeke! (too much). The wife's happy too. Thanks again for the dove cote.

Hi Keith,
Thanks so much  for the bird feeder and dovecote they both arrived safely yesterday morning.  We have unpacked them but unfortunately not managed to get them up yet.  They look absolutely fantastic and we are looking forward to them being a focal point and wonderful addition to our evolving garden. We hope the birds/doves like them as much as we do.

Hi Keith, just a quick note to say I am rapt with the dovecote. It is so much better made than the other one I bought a couple of years ago, and looks good. Now all I have to do is get the doves to go in it- haha.

Thank you, once again:  this weekend we collected it from the mainland and took it back to Waiheke Island.
We are both very impressed with the workmanship and quality of the Dovecote.  
My wife (it is her present) looks forward to the painting and I will be digging the hole for the post.
Wonderful workmanship.   All we need now is the doves, but we are so pleased with it, this won't really matter.
